In 2008/9 First Aid Today provided HSE and CIEH accredited Training courses across the North East helping businesses of all sizes become health & Safety and First Aid compliant.

First Aid Today trained over 200 students in areas of First Aid and Health & Safety. Our professional Trainers are HSE and CIEH accredited in the Health and Safety Industry working to support our brand and maintain our integrity.

We have across the North East, over 55 First Aid Courses alone, on offer within the first 6 months of 2010. This will enable us to offer over 600 Students the opportunity to become First Aid & Health and Safety Trained.

First Aid Today works specifically with qualified and experienced Instructors from a teaching and Medical background, so they know what they are doing. All trainers have been individually selected to offer expertise, enthusiasm, fun and provide the care each student requires to pass their exams.

All courses provided by First Aid Today have been created to offer a range of Training programmes approved by the Health & Safety Executive, Edexcel, CIEH and recognised through Ofsted.

Qualified First Aider

As a qualified first aider, you will have the essential skills to handle any first aid situation, from minor slips and trips to the most serious of incidents.

Emergency First Aider person

If you are an appointed person, our Emergency aid courses will show you how to deal with both life-threatening emergencies and common workplace injuries. We also have a version of the course specifically tailored for those who work in schools.

People who work with young children 

Paediatric First Aid Courses now available from 1st Feb - Email for dates and Prices 

Our Early year’s first aid courses are for people who work with children up to the age of eight. It meets the Ofsted requirements for registered Childminders and the requirements for nannies under the DfES Approved Carers Scheme.

Defibrillator training

In the UK, one person suffers a heart attack every two minutes but the majority could be saved if their heart was shocked back into rhythm. Our Defibrillator training courses will teach you how to use an automated external defibrillator.

Throughout 2010 courses will be posted online within our calender – 3 Day courses start Jan 2010 running up to 3 per month

• All courses require a payment in full prior to registration and course starting.
• Cancellation charges within 7 days of course will be subject to 25% charged or re book on next available course.
• Discounts available for BLOCK bookings
